The Wesbrook Professional Centre is a 18,000 sf, 3 floor building located in the commercial heart of Wesbrook Village. The ground floor is home to a BC Liquor Store accounting for 4,800 sf. Wesbrook Village Save-On-Foods Supermarket & Commercial/Office Building
The Wesbrook Village Save-On-Foods Supermarket and Commercial/Office Building are located in the heart of Wesbrook Place and were the part of the first phase of development in the neighbourhood. The project comprises two buildings. The main building is a four storey building with a 32,000 square foot Save-On-Foods supermarket at grade and three storeys of apartment and townhouses above. The second building is a three storey building with a 4,200 square foot Royal Bank at grade and office use on the second and third floors. The Gerald McGavin building was constructed in 1996 and designed to meet the specialized needs of information technology and biotechnology companies. Also known as Technology Enterprise Facility 1 (TEF I), this building is fully wet lab capable in its design, and offers tenants a state of the art research and development facility located directly on the UBC campus. Technology Enterprise Facility III
Technology Enterprise Facility III was the first LEED Certified research facility in Canada.
