Also known as Technology Enterprise Facility 1 (TEF I), this building is fully wet lab capable in its design, and offers tenants a state of the art research and development facility located directly on the UBC campus.

Technology Enterprise Facility III was the first LEED Certified research facility in Canada. Built in 2003, TEF III provides custom space for a wide range of wet lab, dry lab, office, and information technology tenants. TEF III’s modern architectural design and sustainable features offer tenants a superior working environment. At TEF III Tenants enjoy shared access to a common fitness facility with showers and lockers, as well as a state-of-the-art meeting facility.
