The Wesbrook Village Save-On-Foods Supermarket and Commercial/Office Building are located in the heart of Wesbrook Place and were part of the first phase of development in the neighbourhood. The Donald Rix Building was constructed in 2000 and designed to meet the specialized needs of research and development users, and more recently traditional office tenants. Technology Enterprise Facility III was the first LEED Certified research facility in Canada. Built in 2003, TEF III provides custom space for a wide range of wet lab, dry lab, office, and information technology tenants.
