Wesbrook Professional Centre

Wesbrook Chef Hung BCLS  046The Wesbrook Professional Centre is a 18,000 sf, 3 floor building located in the commercial heart of Wesbrook Village. The ground floor is home to a BC Liquor Store accounting for 4,800 sf. Chef Hung Taiwanese Beef Noodle accounts for the remaining 1,200 sf. The floors above are reserved for commercial office use. There are also over 300 surface and underground parking stalls on site.

Wesbrook Village Save-On-Foods Supermarket & Commercial/Office Building

Wesbrook-fountain-&-Comm-BldgThe Wesbrook Village Save-On-Foods Supermarket and Commercial/Office Building are located in the heart of Wesbrook Place and were the part of the first phase of development in the neighbourhood. The project comprises two buildings. The main building is a four storey building with a 32,000 square foot Save-On-Foods supermarket at grade and three storeys of apartment and townhouses above. The second building is a three storey building with a 4,200 square foot Royal Bank at grade and office use on the second and third floors. The site also includes surface parking to the south of the Save-On-Foods and below the surface parking.

MBA House

Wesbrook project at UBCMBA House is a world class 81 unit student residence that has been designed exclusively for the Robert H. Lee Graduate School at UBC’s Sauder School of Business. Gerald McGavin Building (Technology Enterprise Facility I).

TEF1The Gerald McGavin building was constructed in 1996 and designed to meet the specialized needs of information technology and biotechnology companies. Also known as Technology Enterprise Facility 1 (TEF I), this building is fully wet lab capable in its design, and offers tenants a state of the art research and development facility located directly on the UBC campus. TEF 3Technology Enterprise Facility III was the first LEED Certified research facility in Canada.
